1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Accounts may be created as a Free Membership or a Paid Membership.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 

2. Services Overview

• Free Members may access the Wondish marketplace and purchase products based on personal preferences.

• Free members are subject to the general terms and conditions and any product-specific terms applied at the point of purchase.

• Paid members gain access to additional features, including the Meal Planner, Journal, Journey Dashboard, MEAL Method, and Close Circle Community, as well as other benefits according to the selected plan.

• Paid membership fees, refunds, and access rules are governed by separate paid membership terms and conditions, which must be accepted at the time of subscription.

 

3. Marketplace and Third-Party Vendors

• Wondish partners with independent third-party vendors who sell products and services through our platform.

• Wondish facilitates access to these products but is not the manufacturer, provider, or guarantor of their quality, safety, or effectiveness.

• Any disputes, claims, or concerns regarding products or services purchased from third-party vendors must be directed to the vendor directly.

• Wondish shall not be liable for damages, losses, or unsatisfactory results arising from purchases made in the marketplace.

 

4. Memberships, Payments, and Refunds

• All purchases (marketplace or membership) are subject to applicable payment terms and product-specific conditions.

• Payment must be completed before services or products are delivered.
  Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected.

• Refunds, cancellations, and billing policies may differ between free and paid accounts and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

 

5. Medical Information and HIPAA

• Paid Members may be asked to provide personal and medical information to use advanced features.

• By providing this information, you agree to the separate HIPAA Authorization and Privacy Policy, which governs how such data is collected, stored, and used of such data.

 

6. Privacy

• General data handling practices are outlined in the Wondish Privacy Policy, which all users must accept upon account creation.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and software on Wondish are the property of Painless Food Corporation and protected by applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Wondish provides its platform “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access.

• Wondish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the services.

• Users use the platform at their own risk.

 

9. Changes to Terms

• Wondish may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes that may be made.

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
